1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the ROHFITZZZ Academy website (rohfitzzz.fit), enquiring about or purchasing any coaching plan, or engaging in any coaching activity with Coach Rohith Kumar SD, you fully agree to these Terms of Service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Client") and ROHFITZZZ Academy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Nature of Service
ROHFITZZZ Academy provides fully online fitness and nutrition coaching services. All coaching, plan delivery, check-ins, consultations, and communications are conducted digitally via WhatsApp, email, and our online platform. There are no in-person sessions included unless explicitly stated in your coaching agreement.
Services include, but are not limited to:
- Customised diet and nutrition plans
- Personalised workout and training programmes
- Weekly or bi-weekly progress check-in calls
- WhatsApp coaching support (based on plan tier)
- Progress tracking and plan adjustments
- Blood work interpretation and advanced nutrition coaching (Platinum plan)
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, honest, and complete information about your health, fitness history, and goals during onboarding and throughout coaching.
- Disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns that may affect your ability to follow the coaching plan safely.
- Consult a qualified medical professional before starting any new diet or exercise programme if you have a known health condition.
- Follow the coaching plan as provided and communicate proactively if you are unable to do so.
- Attend or acknowledge scheduled check-ins within the agreed timeframes.
- Respect the intellectual property of all plans, documents, and resources provided to you — they are strictly for personal use and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.
- Maintain respectful communication with your coach at all times.
4. Medical Disclaimer
ROHFITZZZ Academy provides fitness and nutrition coaching based on practical experience and general wellness principles. We are not a medical service and our coaching does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Results vary based on individual biology, consistency, lifestyle, and adherence to the programme. No specific health outcomes or fitness results are guaranteed.
5. Right to Decline or Discontinue Service
ROHFITZZZ Academy expressly reserves the right to decline a service request or discontinue coaching at any time, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- The client provides false, incomplete, or misleading health information.
- The client's health condition poses a risk that is beyond the scope of our coaching capability.
- The client engages in abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour towards the coach or support team.
- The client consistently fails to engage, attend check-ins, or follow the coaching plan without communication.
- Payment is not received or a transaction is disputed without valid grounds.
- Continued coaching would be contrary to the client's welfare or safety, in the coach's professional judgement.
In the event of service discontinuation by ROHFITZZZ Academy, we will endeavour to provide reasonable prior notice except in cases of serious misconduct or safety concerns.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay, a RBI-regulated payment gateway. By completing a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions in addition to ours.
Coaching plans are subscription-based (monthly or quarterly). Your subscription is active from the date of payment and provides access to the agreed coaching services for the stated duration. Renewal is not automatic — you will be prompted to renew at the end of each cycle.
The ₹99 First Session Consultation (Platinum Plan) is a one-time, non-refundable onboarding session fee. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided to clients — including diet plans, workout documents, coaching frameworks, website content, and branding — is the intellectual property of ROHFITZZZ Academy and Coach Rohith Kumar SD. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of this content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
ROHFITZZZ Academy shall not be liable for any injury, health complication, or adverse outcome arising from the use of coaching plans where the client has failed to disclose relevant medical information, or has not followed the plan as provided. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid for the current plan cycle.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will post the revised terms on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
