All purchases made through ROHFITZZZ Academy are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any coaching plan, consultation session, or digital service once payment has been processed.
1. Why We Have a No-Refund Policy
Our coaching services are fully digital, highly personalised, and time-invested. From the moment you enrol, your coach begins allocating dedicated time to understand your health profile, design your custom diet plan, structure your training programme, and prepare for your coaching journey.
The intellectual effort, time, and resources involved in delivering personalised coaching cannot be reversed or recovered. This is why, like most bespoke professional services, we do not issue refunds once a payment has been made and the service provisioning has begun.
2. What This Applies To
The no-refund policy applies to all of the following:
- Silver Plan — ₹1,999/month or any active subscription cycle.
- Gold Plan — ₹2,999/month or ₹6,999/3 months.
- Platinum Plan — ₹99 First Session Consultation and any subsequent custom pricing.
- Any promotional, discounted, or limited-time offers.
- Any partial month of coaching access.
3. Before You Purchase — Please Confirm
We strongly encourage you to review all plan information and ask any questions beforemaking a payment. By completing your purchase, you explicitly confirm that:
- You have read and understood the scope of services included in your chosen plan.
- You are purchasing the plan voluntarily and of your own free will.
- You understand and accept this no-refund policy in full.
- You agree to the Terms of Service.
4. Service Interruptions or Disputes
If you believe there has been an error in your payment, a duplicate charge, or a technical issue with your account, please contact us immediately at rohfitzzz@gmail.com or via WhatsApp. We will investigate and resolve genuine payment errors promptly.
Note: Initiating a payment dispute (chargeback) without first contacting us will result in immediate suspension of coaching services.
5. Commitment From Our Side
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we are equally committed to delivering exceptional coaching and value. If you feel your experience does not match what was promised, reach out to your coach directly. We will work with you to address concerns, modify your programme, or escalate your coaching support level within the bounds of your plan.
Your transformation is our reputation. We take that seriously.
